Creative Strategy Sessions

Over my 8+ years of experience of working with clients in a coaching setting, I have increasingly noticed a desire for a more collaborative way of working.

I have therefore developed Creative Strategy Sessions: a new model of support for artists, creatives and cultural sector workers. The sessions draw directly from my work  as a producer and cultural consultant, while retaining the ethics, integrity and goal-orientated approach of coaching.

Creative Strategy Sessions are 50 minute, 1:1 monthly sessions drawing covering production "know-how" (networks, funding, budgets, skills development across every area of project development and production) and as a coach (active listening, goal setting, and adding challenge and accountability). 

During these sessions, I work collaboratively as an active thinking partner, with both imagination, real-world experience, challenge and solutions - while retaining the tenets of a coaching session: active listening, trust and confidentiality, ambition and accountability.
